Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account. If multiple Accounts are detected, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets, confiscate balances, and ban the User permanently from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify 789bin of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, anti-money laundering compliance, and fraud prevention, all Users must complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:
Document verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of submission. During peak periods or if additional verification is required, processing may take up to 7 business days. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering" means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before converting it to withdrawable cash). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 789bin is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Accounts with zero balance and no activity for 12 consecutive months will be deemed dormant and may be automatically closed.
